Replacing rod bolts

I'm afraid I know the answer to this, but I'll ask anyway. If I replace my stock rod bolts with new ARP Wave-Locs do I need to have the rods resized and the rotating assembly rebalanced?

resized for sure, rebalanced is your call. they would have to take a little off the small end to compensate for the resizing and then spin the crank again to compensate for the lighter rods.
